Terms

This site publishes our range and the specification we hold for each piece. Prices and availability move, and we update them on a schedule rather than in real time. The figure at checkout with our retail partner is the one that binds.

You place that order with the retail partner, and we are not a party to it. The contract binds you and them, their terms govern it, and they answer any question about a payment, a delivery date or a return.

Photographs show the piece as the camera saw it. Metal tone reads differently on different screens, and a chain photographed on white looks heavier than it feels in the hand.

Jewlpire makes chains for the neck and hoops for the ear, and the catalogue is organised the way people actually choose. If you know the link you want, start with Jewlpire cable and box chains or Jewlpire rope chains. If you want a chain that lies flat rather than round, Jewlpire herringbone and snake chains is the family to read first. Jewlpire paperclip chains carry a longer, more graphic link, and Jewlpire Cuban and men's chains are the heavier chains cut for a wider neck.

For the ear, Jewlpire earrings runs from 15mm huggies to 70mm hoops with the diameter printed on every page. Jewlpire pendants and initials arrive on their own chain, and Jewlpire sets and extenders covers the two-inch extenders that turn a 16 inch chain into an 18. If a word on a page is doing work you cannot check, the Jewlpire guide to reading the metal quotes the federal rule that defines it.
